The staff was super friendly, communicated clearly and were very polite and respectful, especially given the sensitive and private matters discussed in their office. Melanie was a great listener and provided A TON of really great information and resources to help ease my concerns. She assured me how she strives to make all her patients feel comfortable in these uncomfortable situations. She also didn't mind repeating herself or rephrasing things when I didn't quite understand what was being said. While I haven't had a procedure by her yet, she was very professional and I feel very comfortable and confident about my upcoming appointment with her.”

I had an ongoing issue that had previously been misdiagnosed by a PCP. Melanie was AMAZING and helped me feel more at ease. As the issue wasn't what I'd been been diagnosed with, Melanie had another provider consult, and they both had one of the doctors consult. Everyone was kind and professional, and explained everything to me. I'm so glad I found them!

Melanie Fernandez was so great she was very kind and listened to my questions and concerns and offer great detailed explanations of all my options. She was truly present and focused for the appointment and made me feel completely at ease. The office staff was so sweet and helpful they even got me in early.

The staff were very friendly and it was easy to tell patients were getting seen very quickly. Even though I was nervous, all of the staff were extremely kind and set my mind at ease.
Although this is not the kind of visit you would look forward to, it was a pleasant experience because of those who cared about my experience.

Excellent provider. I arrived early because I was a new patient. I was brought back for my appointment before the scheduled time. I waited in the room for less than 5 minutes before being seen. I felt that all my concerns and questions were listened to and answered.

At times, it came across as more sales-oriented, with an emphasis on additional tests not covered by insurance, which felt a bit pressuring and uncomfortable. By the end, I wasn’t sure if her focus was on helping me or on selling additional services.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a GYN office. Normally you’re waiting around for the doctor for at least an hour. But I was in and out of this office in less than 30 minutes. Dr. Fernandez and her NP were fantastic. They asked all the important questions, asked for further details when necessary, were very thorough, communicative and gentle (!!) in the exam, and made sure to address any concerns with care and caution. I’m always careful when choosing a new Gyno, but I could not have made a better choice. I will absolutely continue having my annual visits with Dr. Melanie Fernandez!

I really loved this place! The doctor was incredibly nice and communicated everything thoroughly and clearly. For me, it’s always a little uncomfortable getting a pap but she made it as comfortable as it can be. Everyone I interacted with in the office was very kind and helpful as well. I showed up early and was seen sooner than my appt and the office is really easy to find.
I highly recommend!
