An appointment with Dr. Frank means an appointment one week for blood work and another appointment the following week for results. Since it is 2 appointments- there are 2 co-pays, even if it is a wellness check.
The follow up for results is generally 1-2 hour wait. Then you will see Dr. Frank for 5 minutes.

I only put in ratings to be able to send this form to ZocDoc. The doctor never received info regarding the appt made online with ZocDoc and I had to reschedule for another day because I had no appt. : (
I do not recommend using ZocDoc.

I liked Dr Frank, they were a little busy when I arrived, but there are signs everywhere apologizing for any inconvenience while they switch to electronic medical records . So I know that that can hold you up but after I got my paperwork I was called in before I was even done, the nurses did my intake right away and I was in the room less than 10 minutes before the doctor came in. they even started some of my testing today and gave me an appointment for tomorrow to follow up and do the rest . And everyone that I spoke with was very nice.I had blood drawn and EKG on the first visit I would definitely recommend them as a primary care
