"Melanie's passion for mental health and gut nutrition began with her own journey of struggling with depression, anxiety and debilitating gut challenges before being diagnosed with Celiac Disease. While studying to become a dietitian, Melanie was amazed with how optimizing her nutrition and healing her gut lead to her mental health improving as well. Melanie's work as a dietitian has been primarily within the mental health space, supporting over 300 clients over the course of three and a half years improve their health with the power of nutrition. Melanie is passionate about meeting her clients where they are, bringing a dose of compassion and understanding with all she is fortunate to work with. Melanie is also passionate about digging deeper when it comes to health. Utilizing holistic and functional medicine approaches, she believes that identifying the root cause of disease and using food as medicine and sustainable lifestyle changes provide the greatest impact for achieving lasting, optimal health outcomes. Simply put, Melanie can't wait to work with you to find balance in your body, empower you to feel confident in how your body works, and support you in feeling like your best self again!
