About Melanie Stefanchik

Melanie Stefanchik, PA-C was born and raised in Millstone, New Jersey. She relocated with her family to South Carolina during high school. Shortly thereafter, she attended Clemson University and received a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences. Then, she attended the University of South Carolina School of Medicine where she got a degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
She has been practicing Emergency Medicine since graduating from the University of South Carolina. It was in the Emergency Department where she found her passion for dermatology. She hopes to continue making strong patient connections while providing quality care. She is excited about what the future holds for her in dermatology.
She enjoys all things outdoors, sunshine, and spending time on the water. Most of all, she loves her family and her little dog “Coconut”

So pleased with my visit. I will definitely be seeing this dermatologist regularly. Actually acknowledge my symptoms and took action on treatment. kind, non-demential demeanor. I would definitely refer this dermatologist to a friend. it is incredibly hard to find specialists that aren’t dismissive and rush through appointments.
