Raised in the East Bay, I am an energetic and caring doctor who practices holistic medicine using both integrative and traditional evidence-based medicine. I'm passionate about collaborative care, focusing on prevention through nutrition and less-invasive therapies, pain management utilizing integrative medicine, and reproductive health. I enjoy caring for whole families, families with multicultural backgrounds, and patients coping with chronic mental and physical health conditions.
I love spending time with my family and friends, trail running, traveling to learn about new cultures, yoga retreats in faraway destinations, and qi gong meditation at home.
I completed my residency at UCSF and Contra Costa Regional Medical Center.
