If you’re going to a psychiatrist for anxiety and depression, this is not the one. Cancelling twice when in need of seeing someone. And she cancelled right when the session started. Unbelievable.

Incredibly disappointing on many counts. The practitioner I spoke to (Ms Docteur) was not the doctor I had originally signed up to see. She was clearly quite inexperienced and appeared to be either bored or reading from a text book. I tried reaching out on the practice’s online platform immediately after my appointment because I had concerns about my prescription. The practitioner never responded. I then tried to cancel my next appointment because she was clearly not a good fit. She never responded. The platform they use is not easy to navigate. My next appointment didn’t even show up on the calendar until 24 hours before at which point I tried to cancel again by phone and was told I would incur a late fee. Truly beyond disappointing.
