My personal journey in mental health care began in 2007 as a registered nurse. However, since 2013, I’ve been helping clients navigate their health care needs as a nurse practitioner. I first earned certification as a family nurse practitioner, then obtained a second certification specializing in psychiatric care to further support individuals struggling with mental health challenges.
