The lady who I was initially going to see did not match the photo of the woman I booked the appointment with, nor did she introduce herself to me. She kind of seemed annoyed that I was even there despite the front desk being very polite and aware of my appointment. I ended up seeing the actual doctor because he was available, but he also seemed to have no idea why I was there. The doctor was fine but I felt a bit judged and not comforted by the nurse lady, who may or may not have even been "Melissa" - I wouldn't know, she never said so. The doctor addressed another patient's information with me under the assumption I was this person.
The prescription I asked for is not what I received, and what I received has not improved my skin. Eh, they were able to see me very quickly, but this mid-level service is probably why.

I ended up being seen by Dr. Gary C. Lee, but he was absolutely terrific! Bedside manner was wonderful and he was able to remove all 4 moles that were giving me discomfort. He was efficient, but very careful. In addition, Dr. Gary was very personable and communicated very clearly about what was going to occur during the procedure as well as after care. Highly recommend this office! Very friendly staff and wonderful Dr.!

Amazing experience with Melissa Garcia. She saw me on time, was thorough and professional and performed a necessary biopsy within one minute. It was also pain free! She seemed very knowledgeable and had great bedside manner. If you are in need of a comprehensive cancer skin cancer screening and/or biopsy, look no further!

Impressed how easy and efficient the app was in booking the appt the night prior (9pm). Check-in in the morning (9:30am) was quick and smooth. Dr. Melissa was informative, efficient, and straight to the point. My appt was 15 mins which I loved because my concerns were addressed, discussed the plan, and I was on my way to work.

Excellent practice! I had an appointment with Melissa Garcia who was professional, attentive, thorough, and explained everything. When she wasn't quite sure about the next step (I have a very unique issue), she consulted with Dr. Lee, who came in to examine me. They stepped out to discuss options and Melissa came back with a plan and another very thorough explanation. In the past 5 years, I've had quite a few visits to doctors' offices in OC and LA (no fun geting old) and this is one of the best experiences I have had.

I scheduled my first skin cancer screening with Melissa Garcia, PAC. Melissa was very pleasant and put me at ease during the screening. She answered all of my questions and informed me of everything she spotted such as sun spots, a small mole to keep check on, and keloids on my hand.
I'm very glad I scheduled my appointment with Melissa and highly recommend her to anyone who needs a skin cancer screening.
