Getting to know Dr. Melissa Greenberg

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist providing psychotherapy for adults, older adolescents, and couples. My therapeutic style is warm and engaged. I prioritize tailoring treatment to individual needs and meeting you where you are. I believe that therapy works best when it is a collaborative process between therapist and patient, so I take an active stance while also providing you space to explore your thoughts and feelings. I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and completed my pre-doctoral internship at Lenox Hill Hospital. I hold a Bachelor's degree from New York University. My areas of expertise include working with people experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, loss, and life transitions, including perinatal mental health and the transition to parenthood. I also offer workshops and support groups on topics such as stress management, mindfulness, sleep hygiene, and parenting.
