About Melissa Harlacher
Melissa Harlacher, FNP-C earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Auburn University after completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Kennesaw State University. With nearly 20 years of nursing experience and over five years as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Melissa brings deep clinical expertise and a passion for patient-centered care to Aylo Health.
Melissa is especially passionate about educating her patients on the importance of preventive care, wellness, and holistic health. She believes in building long-term relationships based on trust and respect, and she loves getting to know patients and their families on a personal level.Melissa is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and holds additional certification from the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners for DOT physicals. Her clinical interests include women’s health, mental wellness, weight management, teen and geriatric care, and complex chronic conditions.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her three children and two dachshunds—Maggie and Charles Barkley. She’s a proud Cherokee County native, an avid college football fan (especially Auburn and Tennessee), and loves music, cooking, and traveling with family.
