I received confirmation of the appointment. I was told the provider would contact me and how to proceed with the zoom appointment. I was informed that I was next.
This is before 10:30 a.m. That was the last I heard from anyone.

Talked with NP 2 times . 3rd time she started avoiding me . Told she will call someone for consultatioon about pills and left message that she called Pharmacy they told her I’m using someone else’s medications . Sent me only one medication out of 5 left me voicemail that she can’t treat me . At least she could’ve prescribed me medications for 30 -90 days until I find new provider. Would never recommend her . She asked me all provate questions I opened myself to her trusted her and she used it to just leave voicemail that I need to find another provider

If you’re someone who is newly working on your mental health, maybe this doctor might work for you. If you’re someone who has been working on yourself for a while, used to therapy and what works for you, do not waste your time. She’s not really willing to help the individual based on individual needs. Kind of has a basic preset plan and that’s it.

She is very knowledgeable. She didn't pester me like past psychiatrists about my medication and genuinely listened to my issues. This psychiatrist's reviews are very accurate, she is straightforward and will not invalidate you as a lot of psychiatrists will.

Melissa was incredible informative and kind. She really gave me a lot of reassurance that some of my health suspicions are accurate. She gave me a lot of detail on my diagnosis - I was blown away by the whole experience. If you have ever felt unheard after an office visit, do yourself a favor and schedule your next appointment with her. I’m beginning to feel hopeful again in finding answers.
