Many people are fearful of having a mental health diagnosis. My goal is to reduce and/or alleviate symptoms so those I work with can begin to walk the path of wellness. In order to meet this goal I engage in a thorough 2-hour initial assessment. During this appointment we discuss your history, I order laboratory studies, and together we come up with a treatment plan. I only offer a tele-health option. I believe in order to obtain the goal of wellness I utilize many tools such as prescribing medications, recommending supplements, and suggesting you obtain a therapist. I believe there are many other tools in our area that can also assist in achieving wellness that I can recommend as well. My current clients describe me as practical, realistic, and compassionate. At each appointment we measure progress and discuss your goals that have been set. Sometimes we need to revise our plan to achieve our goals and that is ok. I build an individualized plan for each patient. Every person is different and no one plan works for all.
