Dr. Knutson listened to my concerns and explained her plan of action. She wrote down instructions for me to follow. I was scheduled for needed cardiac workup. She explained the need for dietary changes and blood pressure monitoring. She examined me thoroughly and I was scheduled for follow-up care.

Dr Knutson really listens and she picked up on a couple of things that my previous doctor had ignored. She was respectful of my input and understanding of my conditions. I really liked her philosophy of care. She openly shared her thoughts and respected my input. Her office communication polices seem to be robust. At the end of the appointment, she agreed that I also needed to have a specialist consult and her office submitted the consult request. I was shocked that I was able to get the consult appointment within a week! My spouse also had a new patient visit with Dr Knutson and he was also impressed.

I’m really happy with my decision to make Dr. Knutson my primary care provider. It’s hard to be a patient sometimes, especially when you’re having concerns about your health. Dr. Knutson takes the time to listen to my thoughts and makes me feel at home when I am feeling uneasy about something.

I wouldn't recommend seeing her about weight issues. Very old school - exercise 30 minutes 5x a week and eat 1200 calories. I've already tried/do those things and told her so. Wasn't very flexible in her ideas.
