“This was my first appointment with Dr. Lambert and her team at Pinnacle, not to mention my first derm appointment in about 4 years after 2 unsuccessful attempts at finding a decent doctor who cares and is willing to help, and I had such a wonderful experience. The front desk specialists were lovely and kind enough to offer a tablet for my kiddo to play with while we waited, signing in was easy, the assisting nurse was so friendly and listened to all my concerns along with Dr. Lambert, who addressed a skin concern I've had for over 15 years that no other derm has been able to assist with. I'm looking forward to my return visit in 3 months!”

Today was my first visit to Pinnacle Dermatology. I was greeted warmly by front desk and asked to sign paperwork and fill out medical history and medications on a tablet. I arrived 20 minutes early for this. 20 minutes after my appointment time, not disappointed, my name was called by a staff to step into examination room. We chatted about what brought me in and if I had any other derma issues I wanted addressed. Very quickly Melissa Lambert, PA-C was in to discuss issue and prescribed meds. She left came back to remove skin for biopsy after previous gal numbed up my affected area. They will follow up from biopsy on the portal, which the link was sent to me in a text message and a phone call to make follow up appointment. Great visit.
