As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a Bachelor's and Master's in Nursing from Ohio State University, I specialize in helping my adult clients explore whether medication could help alleviate their current symptoms and struggles. For over ten years, I have partnered with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, PTSD, and many other difficulties and life challenges.
Reaching out for help is an important step in making your health and happiness a priority. In our relationships with all health providers, the quality of that relationship is very important. My priority is to build our relationship based on mutual respect, and I will highly value your input and insight into your background, current stressors, and other medical issues you may be managing. You deserve to be heard, and I will listen deeply to your experience and recommend a medication that suits your health, lifestyle, and current symptoms.

This was my first ever therapy session of any kind and Dr. Marshall made me feel so comfortable and seen! She actually sat down and listened to everything that I had to say, and you could tell that she cared. The office was very easy to find and very warm and welcoming. They even have kid’s seats and are very kid friendly. I am confident that Dr. Marshall will be able to help me have quality of life again. I am truly so grateful to have found such a wonderful therapist! I highly recommend!!!
