About Melissa Renzi

Melissa Renzi is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in dermatology. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing in Philadelphia, PA. Prior to joining Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, Melissa spent 4 years working at Jefferson Dermatology Associates, where she practiced general dermatology treating patients of all ages. Melissa has the experience and training to treat patients of all ages from infants to mature adults. She is a devoted advocate for her patients and strives to develop collaborative and individualized treatment plans. Melissa is committed to educating patients about skin cancer prevention and the importance of timely Total Body Skin Exams. She has expertise in treating and diagnosing a wide range of acute and chronic dermatologic conditions such as skin cancer, rosacea, acne, psoriasis, hair loss, and eczema. Melissa is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She strives to ensure all her patients feel comfortable during their visits and confident in their care. She takes pride in creating individualized care plans for each patient's skin concerns. In her spare time Melissa enjoys traveling, relaxing at the shore, and trying new restaurants in the area.

I had an easy experience at Advanced Dermatology in Flourtown. The staff was efficient and friendly. The office was clean . I was seen right away and Melissa Renzi was wonderful, careful, and kind . Would highly recommend!

The office staff was kind & courteous all while being very efficient. The assistant made me feel at ease while gathering the information she needed to present to physician. My first time meeting Melissa was very comfortable. She listened to everything and asked questions. She thoroughly examined the wounds and explained to me each step she was taking. When she spoke of treatment she asked if I was comfortable with the procedures I would have to follow. Melissa's tone the entire time was caring and understanding. I have a positive outlook on my problem for the first time in a long time thanks to her. I will definitely recommend to family & friends!

Carol is the main Reason, I am writing this review. I had a billing issue that wasn’t my fault. I went around and around and she was the only one that was able to help me get it resolved. I love the doctors here so I wanted to remain a patient. Because of her everything got taken care of and I am so grateful for her. this is a great office and even though they made a mistake, thanks to Carol. It was resolved.
