As a Family Nurse Practitioner with experience since 2019, I strive to create a welcoming and non-judgmental environment where patients feel truly heard. I take a holistic approach to care—integrating evidence-based medicine with a whole-body perspective to address both the physical and emotional aspects of wellness. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and older adults, and also see pediatric patients on a case-by-case basis. My goal is to partner with each individual to develop a personalized treatment plan that reflects their unique needs, experiences, and goals. What should a new client know about working with you?

You can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where your voice matters. I take time to understand your story and tailor care to your unique needs, combining evidence-based medicine with a holistic, whole-body approach. My goal is to build a trusting partnership that supports your mental and physical well-being every step of the way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

- Initial visits are comprehensive and conversational, focused on developing a therapeutic relationship to help in understanding symptoms, history, lifestyle, and goals for treatment. - Follow-ups are used to track progress, adjust care plans, and provide ongoing support. - We may combine traditional medical treatments with integrative options (e.g., nutrition, stress management, sleep hygiene).
