Many of my patients say they feel like they’re talking to a long-time friend—while still receiving professional, thoughtful, and evidence-based treatment. I especially enjoy helping patients manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, and major life transitions. My goal is for every patient to leave feeling supported, empowered, and confident in their journey toward better mental health.
