“Thr DR was great BUT - I was set up for a telemed visit. Your ONLINE and texting systems of notification are HORRIBLE. I received too many texts telling me to confirm my appointment. I got 3 or 4 of them this morning before my appointment. In addition is askes me my name EACH TIME even after i logged inn and put it in. I;ve sent in all my IDs and forms previously so you should already have it since I have been a patient for years.. and yet it STILL asks me to upload documents and information. And I get things from zocdoc and Aetna as well. ANd the online system kicked me off 2 times while I was waiting for the Dr to connect. I think you need better IT services. My wife has similar issues when she is trying to set an appointment for out son as well so it is not just me.”

Maybe this is a one-off occurrence, but my experience with Memouna was not great. She seemed to rush through the appointment after showing up five minutes late and asked very intrusive questions about my medical/psychological history. She was extremely judgmental about things I shared with her (to answer questions she had asked). I do not feel comfortable seeing her again but maybe she will be different for others.

I have been going to Memouna for a long time and I am very happy with her. She’s nice, she’s punctual, patient, and there’s just nothing to complain about.

The entire time that I was speaking with her she was making facial expressions that showed me that her level of being a Therapist was minimal at best. I could see the judgement in her body language as well as the manner in which she responded to my responses. The entire time that I was in the office her main objective was to put me on a Psychotropic Medication in order to help me with the cravings of Marijuana. When I made it clear that I was not going to allow her to put me on Medication, she told me that she could not provide me with services. How do you suggest prescribing a drug to help when a person is seeking help to not ingest drugs??? She was not a good listener and was comparing me with other patients she had encountered. What a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!! Her entire goal was to write a prescription...How SAD!

Memouna Foudjou is excellent at her job and has really helped me. Over the 18 months+ we have been working together she has always been there to assist me on my mental health journey and figure out what medications do and don't work for me. I was prescribed a new psych medication by Memouna. When I tried to get in contact with her to address concerns I was having with the medication after being on it for a couple of weeks, I was not able to track her down. I didn’t have direct contact information for Memouna, so I contacted the doctor’s office. They did not give me a way to contact her. They apparently forwarded my emails and emailed her when I called, but the doctor’s office was not helpful in providing support either. A few weeks passed by without any response from the office or Memouna. It was dangerous and negligent to prescribe a new psych medication to a patient and not be accessible to the patient if any questions or issues with the medication came up.
