Because we accept insurance, we can reduce out-of-pocket expenses and still offer high-quality care. You may not have any cost related to your visit with us, depending upon your insurance plan. Most patients pay a small copay per visit, subject to any deductible or coinsurance that your health plan has. The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services determines appropriate billing guidelines. These guidelines depend on the length of the visit and the complexity and severity of your diagnosis. For this reason, we need to wait until after the visit for the final determination. We then submit the claim to your insurance company. The charges are calculated based upon pre-negotiated prices with your insurance company. Your insurance company will then determine what amount, if any, is your responsibility per your insurance plan.

I can't believe I am actually leaving a bad review, but here we are. This was by far and away the worst experience I have ever had seeking help. His indifference became more and more evident as he continued to ask me the same questions, forgetting the answers I'd just provided - and that's only the beginning. Waste an hour of my time for him to tell me there was nothing he could do and that Talkiatry - the company he works for/ works with - rejected me as a client but could not provide any more clarity. Badmouthed his own company, yet that won't stop him from doing the same to someone else. It became clear he just wanted off the call. I feel swindled by a guy who clearly showed little to no interest in my issues from the start. This is exactly why people don't trust the medical industry. Just an awful, awful experience with someone who doesn't deserve to be in that position.
