For patient safety and responsible medical practice, AMG Primary Care does not prescribe controlled substances or narcotic medications.
Telehealth services include evaluation and management of a broad range of acute and chronic conditions, as well as ongoing medication refills when clinically appropriate. Common acute conditions treated include seasonal allergies, colds and cough, ear pain, flu symptoms, sinus infections, sore throat, urinary tract and bladder infections, minor skin conditions, and gastrointestinal concerns. Chronic care services include follow-up and management for conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, prediabetes, asthma, thyroid disorders, and other stable medical conditions suitable for telehealth.
Visits are conducted securely through telehealth, allowing patients to receive timely care from home while reducing exposure to contagious illnesses, including evaluation of viral symptoms such as COVID-19.
Mercy Geevarghese, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a nationally board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with eight years of experience as a nurse practitioner and more than ten years of nursing experience in Florida. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Family Practice from the University of Florida.
Her clinical focus includes preventive care, diagnosis, and management of common acute and chronic conditions in adults. Patients appreciate her clear communication, thorough evaluations, and patient-centered approach to care.

I will not go back to this provider but will recommend her to others who do not need labs completed for medications to be prescribed. The process of getting my medication was complicated and the communication between the office and me was not great. Therefore, I am switching providers to best fit my medical needs.
