Mercy Itesa, PMHNP-BC, is a persistent seeker of knowledge who constantly looks outward to help improve the field of mental health through her practice. Mercy loves seeing her patients for who they are and believes it’s a great privilege to help them manage their mental health to lead more fulfilling lives. Approaching each patient empathetically and meeting their individual needs is a huge part of what she does. She believes that every one of us is special in our own ways, and our unique differences make us great! Mercy holds a Master’s of Science in Nursing from Walden University. She is nationally board-certified in Psychiatric-Mental Health Care across the lifespan by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Mercy enjoys cooking, watching soccer, reading, volunteering, and spending quality time with her family during her free time.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Mercy works collaboratively with clients of various ages, diagnosing and treating various psychiatric disorders, including depression, anxiety, bipolar, insomnia, OCD, ADHD, PTSD and a lot more. Our goal is to build a great therapeutic relationship with our client, thereby helping us provide a holistic, individualized and extraordinary care.
