I had got calls from 3 different numbers and people from different area codes . My appointment was at 1pm I was still waiting until 1:30pm . I joined in at 12:50pm . The doctor didn’t even see me nor did I get treated for my anxiety. I wasted my time , my insurance money . It was an overall bad experience and I don’t want to go through such thing again . I felt like I was purposely being pushed by the receptionist to see if I was crazy or not when all I have is severe anxiety!!! They have stressed me out and made me cry .

Mercy has given me one of the best experiences I've ever had with a care provider! I had my first visit with her today (via video call) and was so pleasantly surprised with how much time she spent getting to know me and my concerns. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I've had a psychiatric evaluation with an MD who has been in the business for decades, but really got the feeling that he was just ticking off boxes and writing prescriptions. Mercy, on the other hand, instantly feels like a trustworthy companion on your journey to better mental health. I'm really looking forward to continuing working with her!

Mercy listened to everything I had to say and made me feel like my problems were her problems. She was quick to help me get setup with follow on care and provided me with plenty of resources that I can use between appointments to help myself. My teenage son has always had a hard time connecting with mental health professionals and has chosen to self-medicate through the years instead of working with professional care. With Mercy, he finally let his guard down and has been able to find real solutions to his struggles, which has brought peace to his body and mind. Mercy has a way of speaking truth without judgment, and encouraging him with baby steps of change instead of an all or nothing approach. We have been blessed to work with her and highly recommend!

Mercy is extremely sweet and attentive. She listens to what you have to say and she works with you and where you’re at in life. She really cares and you can tell she does by how she communicates with you. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a psychiatrist.
