Getting to know Mercy Moto
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. My role is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel truly heard and understood. Together, we’ll work on building the tools you need to manage challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, or bipolar disorder—and move toward a healthier, more balanced life. I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey to healing and growth.
With over 20 years of healthcare experience and dual board certification, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for children, teens, and adults. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other proven methods, I help clients recognize patterns, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
What should a new client know about working with you?
As a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Empathy Health LLC in Indiana, I care for you as a whole person—not just a diagnosis or medication list. My style is warm, calm, and nonjudgmental. I listen first and create space for you to talk openly about your symptoms, history, stress, relationships, and goals.
During visits, we focus on evidence-based medication management, education, and realistic lifestyle changes. I prioritize safety, long-term stability, and your overall quality of life. I explain options in clear language, review risks and benefits, and include you in every decision. My goal is for you to leave each visit feeling heard, respected, and supported with a clear plan for your mental health.

Insurance and Payment
We will do our best to verify your insurance information before your visit. However, final coverage, copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and any non-covered services are determined by your insurance plan. Any patient responsibility is due according to your insurance benefits and our office billing policy.
Intake Forms
New patients must complete all required intake and consent forms before the appointment. If forms are not completed in time, our office may contact you and may need to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Appointment times are reserved specifically for patient care. If you are unable to attend, please cancel or reschedule as soon as possible and provide as much notice as you can. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to Empathy Health LLC’s cancellation/no-show policy, as permitted by your insurance plan and applicable law.
