Personal Philosophy Mercy strongly believes taking good care of our psychological health is the ultimatum of our wellbeing. This allows an individual to live a well fulfilled life that promotes self-awareness, self-esteem and overall health and wellness. Aging Population: 65yrs and above

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Treatment methods are medication/drug therapy and talk/psychotherapy which includes psychiatric counseling. Recommending weekly psychotherapy. Treatment Modalities mostly used by the provider in counseling are: o Behavioral (focused on learning new behavior) o Dialectical behavioral Therapy (DBT)- Focused mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness and distress tolerance. o Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (focused on thought) o Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT therapy- focused on the present moment, accepting thoughts and feelings without judgment. o Humanistic (focused on achieving potential) Specialized in the following areas: ?
