My approach to patient care is centered on understanding each patient’s goals, concerns, and priorities. I believe shared decision-making is an important part of providing good care. My role is to provide patients with evidence-based recommendations, explain their options, answer their questions, and make sure they have the information they need to make informed decisions. I also believe that one of the most important parts of being a good clinician is being a good listener. Taking the time to understand a patient’s perspective helps build trust and creates a stronger partnership in their care.

They told me if I did not complete the intake paper work, I was going to be rescheduled so I submitted it on time. Yet they told me I had to be rescheduled. They were rude and I
felt pressured. I took the day off to go to this and they wanted to reschedule me. Also, they used this opportunity to promote aesthetics such as Botox and other by asking me if I was interested. This is not ethical!
