Dr Baldinger listened and asked good questions to really determine what the best option was to help me .

I do have a few criticisms, but I wanted to say first off that I am still looking forward to my next appointment. Dr. Baldinger is very thorough and listened to my issues and took them seriously. So it was my first appointment to set the Dr. as my primary care. They had a ton of paperwork for me to fill out which makes sense but the ten minute early arrival was not enough to get it all done, however I was able to finish it after the appointment. The reception was super helpful, it turns out I had a different primary care Dr. set on my insurance so the receptionist explained what I had to do to get Dr. Baldinger on my insurance immediately. I saw the Dr. pretty much right away and he was extremely thorough with my medical history. I took one star off because he was in my experience pretty abrasive with his questions. I completely understand that he may have had a packed schedule and needed to get through everything to fit it in the appointment but at some points I felt like I was almost wasting his time. I am also on several medications and he came off very interrogative on why I was on them. I found out later that he specializes in addiction so that explains why he approached it like that, but at the time I was very thrown off. All of that being said, he did take everything I said seriously and the issue I came in with was talked about in depth. He scheduled a follow-up with me during the visit.

He was pretty cold mannered. His line of questioning wasn't inappropriate, but his demeanor was dismissive and frankly, rude at times. It got better towards the end, but I did not feel cared for. If anything, I feel worse off mentally than I did going in before the appointment.
I received my blood work through the portal and have a flagged alert listed. The doctor never left a note or called to address the issue. it has been three weeks. I also felt that I was written off and that he did not care about my concerns.
