Tell us what makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider.
First off, I like helping people-I always have. I also enjoy problem-solving. Medicine has been my passion for over 30 years. I don't even think of it as a job; it's just what I do.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
Maintain a global overview of all the patient's health concerns. Include the mind and body as one. Realize how all the different parts of a person's healthcare affect each other.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
My job is my hobby, but I also love spending time with my family. I have a beautiful wife of 25 years and two amazing teenage boys. We like to go boating, travel, ride ATVs and motorcycles. I also participate in competitive shooting competitions.

We agreed on sending an FMLA document on the call he said he would send it over after the call, I made some arrangements based on our agreement then waited for him to send it but he never did, I called the next day on the app and they said they will reach out to him then afterwards heard from him that he checked with a surgeon and he doesn’t feel comfortable sending it and he changed his mind.
I already has made some arrangements based on our agreement and the fact he didnt reach out till I contacted the App a day later showes he didn’t respect the patient and just chose to ignore the responsibility beside of all the damage caused from promising something and not keeping up with it . Handeling the situation in very unprofessional way by letting it sit and not adressing it. for all of those I wouldn’t witness for his work ethic attitude and professionalism in a good way.

The PA misspelled my medication on my report, which tells me he didn’t even consider or care what I was taking. I also clearly told him what symptoms I had and in his report, he included none of them. His attitude during the appointment was not very kind.
