About Dr. Michael Geurin

After completing a Master’s in English and teaching English in the Czech Republic, Dr. Geurin completed his pre-medical and medical studies in Oklahoma, graduating from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 2004. Dr. Geurin completed a Family Medicine Residency with the Montana Family Medicine Residency in Billings. As a faculty physician at Montana Family Medicine Residency/RiverStone Health, Dr. Geurin practiced full-spectrum family medicine, including hospital and maternity care, completed a faculty development fellowship with the University of Washington, and served as Montana Family Medicine Residency's Director of Research & Scholarly Activity. He is passionate about lifelong learning, advocating for healthcare access and equity, and teaching the next generation of health professionals. “I am enthusiastic about problem-solving with my patients. I utilize an evidence-based, patient-centered approach, tailoring health science to the goals and values of my patients.” When not working, Dr. Geurin enjoys photographing Montana's landscape and wildlife and supporting the Billings Symphony.
