What should a new client know about working with you?

What to Expect in Our Work Together: My approach to therapy is experiential and collaborative, rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens when we connect deeply—with ourselves, with others, and with what matters most. In our time together, I will support you in exploring your inner world: your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and patterns, in a safe, compassionate space. Our work will focus on helping you develop congruent communication in your relationships, build a stronger sense of self-worth, and clarify who you are becoming. Whether you're navigating stress, making difficult decisions, or seeking growth in your most important relationships, therapy will be tailored to your unique goals and needs. Goals We May Focus On: -Strengthening your sense of identity and inner clarity -Increasing your capacity to cope with life’s stressors -Growing in relational awareness and emotional intelligence -Improving decision-making & alignment with your core values -Healing past wounds and creating space for transformation In your first session, we’ll get to know each other, explore your hopes for therapy, and begin building the foundation for growth. My commitment is to walk with you, not as someone with all the answers, but as a guide who sees your worth and believes in your capacity to change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My Commitment to You: I believe every person carries within them inherent worth, a longing for meaningful connection, and the capacity for profound transformation. Grounded in the principles of the Satir Model, my work is not just about addressing symptoms, but about honoring the whole person, body, mind, & spirit. When you work with me, you can expect a warm, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where your story is welcomed and your strengths are celebrated. Whether you're seeking healing from past wounds, navigating present challenges, or building toward a more connected future, I walk alongside you with compassion and clarity. Together, we will uncover new possibilities for growth, healing, and living more fully into your authentic self.
