I graduated from the UNC Chapel Hill Physician Assistant program in 2023, where I served as class president and received the Excellence in Research Award for my capstone project on mental health and bariatric surgery. Before becoming a Physician Assistant, I spent eight years working as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in community mental health, providing psychotherapy and supportive services to adults with a wide range of challenges. That experience continues to shape how I think about care. I place a strong emphasis on person-centered care. People are complex, and care works best when it reflects that. I see treatment as a collaborative process, where we work together to understand what’s going on and decide on the next steps. My goal isn’t limited to diagnosis or medication—I want to help you build something more stable, strengthen your ability to navigate challenges, and feel more confident in your own decision-making. I’m drawn to an integrated, whole-person approach that considers the biological, psychological, and social factors influencing wellbeing. I try to practice in a way that is thoughtful, transparent, and grounded in helping you move toward greater stability, growth, and long-term health.
