I realize that sometimes we all need a little help to achieve self-optimization. I pride myself in my ability to effectively communicate with and understand my clients. I work with you to discover and address your primary concerns and can offer perspective, support, and tools as we work together to develop and integrate an effective, multi-modal care plan. Despite having the job I have, I don't always think medications are the answer. In fact, I believe the fewer meds the better. I use them as necessary, but realize that non-pharmacological approaches often do a lot of the heavy lifting. My ultimate goal is to work myself out of a job, and to enable you to feel awesome independently!
