“My doctor, and my exchanges with the practice itself, provides one of the most positive experiences I’ve had since relocating to the US 6 months ago (from the UK) amongst so many other life admin things that have felt difficult, overly bureaucratic and impersonal. I greatly value this - it’s an island of human care and one of the few places I don’t dread visiting or calling! And given that it’s for a medical appointment, that’s probably the best recommendation one could ask for, right? ”
