This was my first visit to Crystal Run. Very disappointed about several things:
The receptionist entered my d.o.b incorrect - wrong year, wrong day. And it took her what seemed a very long time to enter data from my new patient worksheets.
The assistant in the room also took 10-15 minutes to enter my meds and some other stuff into her computer. I don't know whether you need to invest in new more powerful computers, new software or both.
Two different assistance had much trouble getting the EKG machine to work properly.
