“He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and asked questions regarding my past history so we could determine the best steps to take regarding my mental health. I finished the appointment feeling confident in the treatment plan and medication that was prescribed.
We have a follow up in 2 weeks to check in on how things are going.
I also want to add, I had to call the office back due to some issues with the pharmacy (on a Saturday, I might add) and even though he was not working at the time, he still called back and got the situation with the pharmacy handled promptly.
Overall, I would score my experience and Michael Marco a 10/10.”
