About Dr. Michael Newman
Dr. Newman was born and raised in the Plymouth Meeting area, and he attended Plymouth Whitemarsh High School. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Ursinus College. Dr. Newman attended the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine where he received his degree in Podiatric Medicine. Post graduate training was performed at Nesbitt Memorial Hospital in Kingston, Pennsylvania. His Podiatric Medical office was opened in Plymouth Meeting in 1987. He also began working in Ambler, which ultimately became Ambler Podiatry Associates. Dr. Newman’s emphasis is “We strive to keep you on your feet” by providing timely, caring, and compassionate service. All facets of care are provided, serving all ages from infants to centenarians. Dr. Newman is a diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and is a Fellow with the American College of Foot and Ankle Medicine.

No one greeted me in the office so I sat for about 5 minutes. Someone finally came out and I was seen by Dr Newman shortly after that. He is a wonderful doctor and has helped me and especially my mother. He always made us comfortable being there and my mother spoke highly of him. He is very caring, addresses concerns, is patient and listens.
When I left the office there was no one at the desk, I waited for awhile and then left. I believe my visit was covered but I guess I just wanted to confirm that

I have been using Dr Michael Newman for a number of years.I have always been happy with him. as a podiatrist ,and with the office staff.Since his practice has been bought by Curalta it has become more impersonal and less easy to reach by phone when you want to call.It is not the fault of Dr Newman or his original staff.It is the Curalta system.

The doctor gave me excellent recommendations after he took x-rays on site. I showed up with past imaging. However, he took the time to do more imaging which I appreciate.
