Dr. Mike, as his patients call him, specializes in sports medicine, chiropractic care, and acupuncture to treat soft tissue and musculoskeletal injuries and problems. He creates customized treatment plans to help patients of all ages and abilities get incredible results. He strives to offer men and women in the Milford area and surrounding communities relief from pain, restored mobility, and the ability to live a more active lifestyle.
Dr. Mike received his bachelor of science degree from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut, and went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Bridgeport in Bridgeport, Connecticut. He continued his training completing the McMaster Contemporary Acupuncture Program through the Department of Anesthesia at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

First time seeing Dr. Michael Orefice, he was super nice and understanding of why I was at the office. The staff was great, there was a little hiccup with my insurance and they said not to worry we'll call and get the bottom of it. By the time I was done with my appointment, the staff had cleared up all issues with the insurance company. Highly reccommend.

I would tell my family and friends to try this office if they ever thought of using a chiropractor. I am going back for more visits with Dr. Mike. Because this was my first visit, I only expected to be seen and examined. I was so happy and surprised that Dr. Mike did acupuncture as well as therapy on me. Being a new patient I couldn't believe I got a first appointment that fast. My overall visit with office, staff and Dr. Mike was exceptional. This was a great experience from start to finish! The office team are friendly and capable and the Ipad touch screens for my health details was so easy to complete! Dr. Mike was great. He was straight to the point but also listened to my concerns. He was able to feel my discomfort in my upper and lower back. After a warm heating compress, Dr. Mike came in the room and relieved months of pressure from my back. So thank you and look forward to going back.

Great experience! Only thing I was not prepared for was how quick the visit was. I only saw the doctor for maybe 10-15 minutes before he was up and out very quickly. I guess I was assuming he would stay a little longer with me and evaluate my entire body but he really only focused on one part for a short time. Other than that, he was super nice and communicated all his plans and thoughts and the office was very clean and friendly.

Dr Mike took ample time to explain the issue I was having with my elbow and the best methods/approach to try resolve the issue. He is one of the only doctors in the area that does shock wave treatment. I am looking forward to going back, my arm feels a little better after only one treatment.
