“Unfortunately, the sign on for the appointment was very difficult, but after 30 minutes we made it work. Michael made a big effort to find it and make it work after 30 minutes. After we got that straightened out, it went very well. He listened to all my concerns, and he explored different options for me to examine which medicines may be helpful or not. ? I appreciate all the time he spent with me.?”

I provide accessible, timely care to facilitate your mental wellness journey through listening, understanding, and providing personalized solutions. I provide specialized medication management and mental health care for adults facing mental health issues which interfere with quality of life. My approach is tailored to your unique needs, with a focus on making effective, affordable care accessible. I integrate traditional and holistic treatments to help you find balance and relief. I understand that seeking mental health support can be difficult, but it's a vital step. I'm here to offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can work together to find the best path forward for your well-being.

What should a new client know about working with you?

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I prioritize thoughtful, unrushed care and truly listening to your concerns. I specialize in treating adult anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and other mental health issues. I work collaboratively with each client to find practical, evidence-based solutions. Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis or managing long-standing symptoms, my goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered in your treatment journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I begin with a thorough intake appointment where we review your history, current concerns, and goals for treatment. From there, I develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, lifestyle recommendations, and collaboration with your therapist if you're working with one. Follow-up appointments are scheduled regularly to assess progress, adjust treatment as needed, and ensure you feel supported every step of the way. I value open communication and take time to answer your questions so that you feel confident and informed about your care.
