Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis or managing long-standing symptoms, my goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered in your treatment journey.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I begin with a thorough intake appointment where we review your history, current concerns, and goals for treatment. From there, I develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, lifestyle recommendations, and collaboration with your therapist if you're working with one. Follow-up appointments are scheduled regularly to assess progress, adjust treatment as needed, and ensure you feel supported every step of the way. I value open communication and take time to answer your questions so that you feel confident and informed about your care.

I accept several major insurance plans, including Anthem Blue Cross, Aetna, Optum/United, and Medicare. I can also accept Blue Shield patients only if their mental health benefits are managed through Magellan—please check with your insurance provider to confirm. If you're using insurance, I will bill them directly. For clients paying out-of-pocket, I offer clear, affordable rates and can provide a superbill if you’d like to request reimbursement. Payment is collected at the time of service, and I accept credit, debit, and HSA cards. If you need help understanding your benefits or coverage, I’m happy to assist.
