It was great. He was understanding and sympathetic towards my concerns. He was willing to help me get relief with my insomnia. He was very personable and I felt comfortable telling him how I was feeling right away. He is one of the only doctors that really took what I was saying seriously.
The only issue I had was that my insurance wouldn't cover one of my meds. The pharmacy said they needed dr permission for me to pay out of pocket. Dr Prime called me and said he would call cvs for me and he did right away. However, cvs only gave me 1/8 the pills in the one script after telling me it was 30 pills. So I didn't get any info on why my script was so much less and if it was the pharmacys decision. But dr prime did go out of his way to call the pharmacy to make sure I could get my meds and that was really great. I am so happy I found such an amazing family doctor finally!
