Great experience. Very knowledgeable Dr.
Great doctor....took all the time to explain and make sure you understood exactly your issue and then all the avenues of treatment that would work.
Verified patient
Dr. Rosner was fabulous. Pleasant, calm, easy to talk to, listened, explained basis for his conclusion, not rushing to exit - in short, everything you want in a doc when discussing a serious medical issue.
Dr. Rosner was very engaged and interested in my condition. He was pleasant and very informative. It was easy to communicate with him.
Verified patient
They were prompt even though I was early, they took me right away. Dr. Rosner was friendly, he listened to me and explained what the next steps were and he even talked to me about the possibility of my diagnosis. I felt very comfortable with him and his staff. I look forward to my follow up visit with him.
Verified patient
Dr. Rosner was very professional...and answered all my questions. He was very on point with everything that I addressed. His staff is wonderful as well. I would recommend him to any and everyone. His bedside manner made me feel at ease too. Great experience!!!
Verified patient
Good visit. Got everything explained in plain English. Felt confident with his advice and will surely return if I have a need again to consult a neurosurgeon.
Verified patient
Needs to be more delicate in the way he describes potential surgeries. I appreciate he has a military background but I left the appointment feeling like I’d hit a bus.
Verified patient
My visit was very good.

Awesome
Verified patient
Every person that I encountered in the office was extremely polite and professional. I was early and hadn't even finished checking in yet when they called me back and I was never left waiting more than a few minutes at a time. The initial exam was very comprehensive. I have never felt more valued and listened to as a patient in my life. Thank you!
Verified patient
It was great. Everyone in the office was lovely to meet and very helpful. Gave me a lot of confidence that he is the right surgeon for me.
Dr. Rosner's bedside manner is awesome! He made me feel like he was actually listening to me, and not counting the seconds until he was out the door. The entire office staff was welcoming, happy and professional. It feels good to walk in a doctor's office and see smiling faces. KUDOS to you all!
Verified patient
Listened to my problem, search ed and discussed my case as evidenced by his assistant's knowledge of what was done in surgery, etc . I feel confident that he can help me get my quality of life back, so I can continue to do the same in my field
Verified patient
Dr Rosner listened to my complaints, checked it out on my films, and tests, and had a place, with options, with his team before I came in. I had already heard excellent reviews from my friends, and GW staff already. Look foward to working with him!!
Verified patient
This doctor is great, he noticed something about my condition that dozens of other doctors overlooked. He has given me new hope and possibly helped me avoid major surgery.
Verified patient
Again I was seen by his assistants because the doctor was doing a surgery. They were all super helpful though. They listened to my concerns and ordered X-ray and mri for me. Answered all my questions.
Verified patient
My first visit. I was satisfied with services.
Verified patient
I've known Mike Rosner for over a decade. His medical brilliance and surgical artistry saved my life back in 2007. He's simply the best there is!
Verified patient
Very pleased with Dr. Rosner's friendly manner, clear explanations of my situation, and straightforward advice about my options.
Verified patient
I was very disappointed, as I'd booked an appointment with this surgeon specifically to get his opinion. Instead, after a very long wait, I was seen by a PA who gave me information I had reason to doubt. Dr. Rosner, who had apparently had an emergency commitment earlier that morning, appeared for less than 10 minutes and seemed anxious to move on to his next appointment. I don't feel I got an adequately informed opinion from him, and I wasn't given a chance to re-ask the questions I had earlier put to the PA. So I can't really comment on his expertise, but there's no question this appointment was a waste of my time.
Verified patient
I thought he was very informative. Told me everything they were going to do in great detail. Spent a lot of time with me and made me feel more at ease about doing this surgery.
Verified patient
It was awesome and I’ll highly recommend him.
Verified patient
I was a little unsure of when the visit ended, but otherwise I appreciate the direct approach and acknowledgement of my fears and aspirations, also that I was in the right direction in looking to PT and continued yoga therapy.
Verified patient
Dr Rosner was very good as was his PA. It was explained to me that the 1.5 hour wait was due to the Dr needing to figure out how best to address my treatment and wanting to wrap everyone else up so he vcould spend the time with me. I am appreciative of this but still would like to be scheduled more efficiently
Verified patient
A gentlemen and scholar. Articulate in explaining his assessment and review diagnostic studies. Through in facilitating coordination of care when referring consultation with other medical specialist within his institution. Definitely will continue to remain a patient of his and have him as a member of my medical team of specialty doctors.
Verified patient
He was great-very knowledgeable, but friendly and understanding. His PA was also outstanding and his nurse was also excellent, friendly and kind. I cannot say enough good things about all three!!
Verified patient
Dr. Mike Rosner is one of the finest neurosurgeons I have ever seen and has the best patient communication. He's great. I feel luck to have him on my care team. He's done one surgery on my cervical spine and I would trust him for any other neurosurgery he performs. Excellent team and his physician assistants and team including Jennifer are rock stars too.
Verified patient
After 19 months of dealing with a different neurosurgeon in another city, I found Dr. Rosner. He made me feel as if I were his only patient on my first visit and each one there after. My surgery was successful and 11 weeks post op I am pain free and feeling wonderful. He and his staff are 5 star all the way around.
Verified patient
Dr. Mike Rosner and his team are the best, totally can't say enough good things about him and his stellar capabilities as a surgeon.
Verified patient
God bless Dr. Michael; Rosner and his excellent assistant Jennifer Harris, for taking the time to accommodate me on short notice, on several occasions. He is by far one of the finest neurosurgeons in the greater Washington, DC metropolitan area. He will be performing a revision surgery on my spine as soon as my knee heals from an accidental injury in June 2016. He came highly recommended to me by my surgeon at Duke University Medical Center and he took the time to go over my films with me and explain to me exactly what my problem is and how he was going to correct the situation. He is wonderful!
Verified patient
Both Dr. Rosner and his assistant Jennifer Harris are wonderful. Really top-notch, great to work with, make medicine, especially neurosurgery, easy to understand and not stressful. He is extremely well qualified, ultimate doctor that explains and answers questions, exudes confidence and skills that you want in a surgeon. George Washington University is lucky to have both of them as they represent the best there is in medicine and patient care today in Washington, DC.
