More often than not, people suffer from depression and anxiety simultaneously. When we are overwhelmed by simple daily tasks, it is difficult to maintain or even experience peace, joy, and meaningful connection. I have worked with individuals across New Hampshire to address life-long symptoms. I begin by understanding their experience and working with them to create a plan. Unlike physical ailments, the burden and need for support in mental illness are not immediately visible to others, often resulting in isolation from providers and loved ones alike. We will work together to form a plan in the very first appointment to alleviate the effects of the illness and move you toward your mental health goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first visit, we will take the time to thoroughly explore your challenges together. We will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of medication, therapy, and lifestyle changes, and select the approaches that you feel most comfortable with. Together, we will address the issues that matter most to you and create a plan to overcome any past obstacles or concerns. Our patients frequently share that they feel hopeful and enthusiastic about their journey toward healing. Once we've reached your goals, we'll be available for refills, check-ins, and to help you tackle any future obstacles.
