Dr. Michael D. Sheps is a chiropractic orthopedist who specializes in safe, non-invasive alternatives to conventional treatments. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University, complementing his education with bachelor's degrees from Bloomfield College of Montclair State University and Life University, as well as a master’s degree from the Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science. Dr. Sheps founded his first clinic—the All-Back and Joint Care Medical Group—in 1987. In 2012, he established Pacific Coast Orthopedic Sports Medicine, a multidisciplinary clinic that combines complementary and alternative medicine with integrative orthopedic care to provide patients with the most comprehensive and long-lasting results.
In his practice, Dr. Sheps offers a range of therapies including laser therapy, spinal decompression, high energy inductive therapy, shockwave therapy, and holistic chiropractic care. It was a probllematic appointment. Dr Sheps had me fill out a battery of questions regarding my problem. I am not sure he read any of the filled out questionaire. After I mentioned that I was on Chemo he could have read from the questionaire. He then told me he couldnt treat me.
I went online to check out why which. he never told me and I went online when I went home to check out why. And when I went online it said that they recommended Laser treatment for pain.
I am still wondering why he sent me home.

The wait was not too long and Dr Sheps was quick to diagnose the problem. The only issue was the treatment which was given to me turned out not to be covered by my insurance and I was left with a large bill to pay. It would have been great to know this up front.
