“I needed to find a pediatric allergist for my LO. Dr. Teitl was listed expertise in the field on zocdoc. Although the office was not child friendly like, the doctors and staff were efficient and helpful. The office was clean. Dr. Teitl was a friendly, experienced doctor. He does not work in Yonkers, if anyone wondering. I had made two reservations: one for monday in Manhattan and one for Tuesday in Yonkers. I’m glad to make it to the Monday one and learned he does not go to Yonkers at all. He works in Manhattan only on Mondays and Thursdays.”

I booked my appointment through Zocdoc, and it was confirmed. I had also uploaded my insurance documents in Zocdoc beforehand. However, when I arrived at the doctor’s office—after driving 20 miles (about 40 minutes)—I was told they do not accept my insurance. If my insurance was not accepted, this should have been made clear before confirming my appointment. This experience was very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. I will not be returning to this office.
