This doctor is wonderful - but I would suggest to reach out to his office directly to make the booking. However The scheduling agency platform named headway who is a vendor of Zoc Doc is horrible at service, they double charged me for session never took place and even both the doctor Zoc Doc team and myself confirmed meeting was successfully re-scheduled. I would either manage booking with only Zoc Doc team or both directly with Dr’s office.

Michael did great. He’s the first practitioner who has gotten ALL my prescriptions right (extended release instead of immediate release) in probably four months. And when the insurance company wanted prior authorization on one, and I found out a way to order it that didn’t require prior authorization, he LISTENED, did it that way, and no prior authorization was required. Such a relief! I will continue to see him in the future, no doubt.
