What should a new client know about working with you?

I am someone who connects deeply with clients who are doing their best to keep moving forward, even when life feels heavy or overwhelming. I understand what it’s like to feel anxious, down, or emotionally exhausted while still trying to show up for work, family, or daily responsibilities. My ideal client may be carrying silent struggles—perhaps dealing with past trauma, burnout, or feeling stuck in patterns they can't quite break. I am here to offer a safe, compassionate space where they can be fully themselves, without judgment. As a dual-certified PMHNP-BC and FNP-BC, I offer a holistic approach to care that supports both mental and physical well-being. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders through non judgmental personalized psychiatric care, including evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy. If you're feeling overwhelmed or stuck, you're not alone—and you don’t have to go through it alone either. I'm here to support you with care and compassion. When you're ready, I’d be honored to connect and explore how we can work together toward healing and greater peace in your life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is rooted in trust, collaboration, and respect for each individual’s unique health journey. I follow a structured yet flexible process to ensure that every client receives personalized, holistic care: Initial Assessment & Rapport Building I begin by creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. During the first visit, I conduct a thorough health and psychiatric assessment, gathering information about medical history, psychosocial factors, lifestyle, and current concerns. Diagnosis & Care Planning Using evidence-based tools and clinical judgment, I formulate accurate diagnoses and work with the client to develop a comprehensive, individualized care plan. This may include medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle modifications, referrals, or coordination with other providers. Education & Shared Decision-Making I empower clients with knowledge about their conditions and treatment options, ensuring they are active participants in their care. My goal is to support informed choices and build confidence in self-management. Ongoing Support & Monitoring Follow-up visits are used to monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and address any new concerns. I value continuity of care and strive to be a consistent, reliable partner in each client’s health journey. Collaboration & Continuity I collaborate with other healthcare professionals, specialists, and support systems to deliver integrated, whole-person care. Whether managing chronic conditions, navigating mental health challenges, or promoting wellness, I am committed to continuity and advocacy.
