About Michelle Boniscavage
Michelle graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has prior nursing experience in the emergency department, as well as orthopedic surgery. Michelle received her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University. Michelle is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honors Society of Nursing. The receptionist was on a phone call when I arrived and made me wait until she finished her call. I then had to complete about 6 pages of paperwork even though I had completed forms online via ZocDoc, which she told me they had never received except for a copy of my insurance ID card. If they had additional paperwork for me to complete, they should have sent it to me via email or have given me the correct portal for me to complete it!
They have no doctors at this location, only nurse practitioners. The nurse practitioner spoke feverishly and barely allowed me an opportunity to speak. I was not impressed at all.

Great office, Provider and Staff! Front Desk was amazing, helpful and professional! Provider was clear, punctual and supportive. We are so excited there is a location in Kutztown, PA! This was so convenient as there aren't many specialists in an individualized office in the area. We enjoyed the fact that it was not overly crowded, which allowed our appointment to remain on time and the provider remained attentive to our needs during the appointment. We look forward to ongoing appointments at this location and will be spreading the word! We know so many people who need Dermatology care but aren't aware that this location exists! When you "google" search, DermDox, it relays you to Zocdoc rather than giving you a physical location and contact information. If DermDox advertised directly, it would be helpful as well so patients know that it is a real office and services. If you're not familiar with ZocDoc, you may feel skeptical about using a third party to schedule appointments!
