I enjoy building trusting relationships with my patients. I am passionate about the role that lifestyle factors, such as diet, exercise, sleep and stress, play in health and disease. I aim to educate and empower patients on how to optimize those areas. I try to understand their motivations and challenges and partner with them to achieve their health goals. Areas of interest include nutrition and gut health, autoimmunity, mental health and stress management. I enjoy yoga, running and spinning for exercise.
