I am a board-certified clinical psychologist who helps people understand what's actually driving what they're experiencing and, what to do about it. My background includes working within a large, complex healthcare system, where I have supported individuals across a wide range of concerns, from anxiety and depression to trauma and more complex mental health conditions. That experience allows me to work comfortably with both straightforward and more layered challenges. Clients often come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or repeating patterns they can't quite make sense of. One of the first things I focus on is helping you see the full picture clearly. I place a strong emphasis on education and insight, not in a clinical or overwhelming way, but in a way that helps things finally click. My approach is both structured and collaborative. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
