About Michelle De Jesus
Michelle De Jesus is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience providing compassionate, comprehensive care to patients of all ages. A Bergen County native, she brings deep roots in the community and a genuine commitment to building lasting relationships with her patients and their families. At Evergreen Medical Group in River Edge, Michelle provides primary and preventive care for adults and young adults aged 16 and up, with a special focus on chronic disease management — including diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, asthma, and obesity — as well as wellness exams, acute illness, and care coordination.
Michelle earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and holds an active New Jersey Advanced Practice Nurse license with full prescriptive authority and DEA registration. Her clinical background spans high-acuity pediatric emergency care at Hackensack University Medical Center, nursing education at Saint Barnabas Medical Center, and over a decade of full-scope family practice across multiple Bergen County locations. She was honored as the 2024 Provider of the Year at All Health Medical Group, reflecting her dedication to excellence in patient care.

I dont think its right that zocdoc allows you to make an appt and then you prepare for it and then they tell you that you need to come in person for your first appointment..and then you can't get another appt elsewhere
