Michelle Good, APRN, RN

Adult Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
NH
Welcome! My name is Michelle and I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who provides compassionate, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, through a deep commitment of creating a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. My life passion of helping others landed me in a Registered Nurse career for the last 13 years, with 9 years being in community mental health. I then went on to earn my Master of Science in Nursing degree from Walden University in 2022. I have worked with patients in and outpatient, in all levels of care. With my down-to-earth, open-minded approach, I help individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, burnout, life transitions, and more. I believe that mental health is deeply connected to physical health, relationships, and life experiences.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is grounded in clinical expertise, collaboration, and respect for the whole person. I offer a blend of psychopharmacology, brief therapy, and integrative strategies to support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Medication management may be part of our work together, but it’s never the whole picture. I also focus on helping you build insight, resilience, and skills through targeted therapeutic conversations and holistic tools that fit your lifestyle and values. I strive to make care approachable, honest, and empowering, where you are always an active partner in your treatment. Treatment may include medication, supportive therapy, or lifestyle-focused interventions such as sleep hygiene, nutrition, and stress management. I recognize that everyone’s mental health journey is different, and healing is never one-size-fits-all. My goal is to meet you where you are, walk alongside you, and support you in finding sustainable relief, clarity, and confidence. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Each session is a space where you can feel grounded, heard, and supported. Whether we’re exploring medication options, processing challenges, or developing coping strategies, my goal is for you to walk away with greater clarity, a sense of direction, and tools you can apply in your daily life. You can expect a balance of clinical insight and practical support, whether that’s understanding how a medication may help, developing emotional resilience, or identifying patterns that are holding you back. I aim to create a focused, respectful space where we can work efficiently while still honoring the deeper layers of what you’re going through. Whether it’s your first visit or a follow-up, my goal is for you to walk away feeling more informed, supported, and equipped to take the next step.
